Opened in January 2005,
Earth Spirit offers handcrafted gifts and jewelry in the center core of DIA
Concourse C. This specialty theme
enhances Denver’s commitment to the arts by providing a contemporary
handcrafted gallery within DIA, offering travelers a place to purchase
regional crafts. The interesting handcrafted products mixed with wonderful
jewelry beckons to passers by capturing a majority of traffic. Art glass,
hand wrought art sculptures, polished wood jewelry boxes, flowing carved
stone figures, and hand painted silk scarves are some of the quality gifts
that capture the traveler’s imagination.

specialty theme shop celebrating the icons of Colorado in a design reminiscent
of the colorful Victorian days. The
DIA customer will enjoy this step out of the fast pace of the airport
environment into an entertaining shopping space abundant with merchandise
exclusively planned for this concept.
Gifts, jewelry, apparel, quality souvenirs, and regional books all
reflecting images from nostalgic to modern.
This concept takes the best of what we currently carry in our Way out
West A store and creates display themes that illustrate a sense of place that
is thoroughly Colorado.

books and sundries

Opened in April
2007, Connections offers travelers a place to stop for reading materials,
snacks and necessities before making their connection. At DIA Regional Jet Facility in Concourse
B, Connections’ books, news, and sundries are sure to meet our customer’s
needs. The store concept embraces the
needs of the busy traveler through a bright, streamlined, contemporary
environment. Based on the growing
trend at airports, Connection offers a wide assortment of magazine titles in
the multiple categories such as business, entertainment, fashion, cooking,
gourmet foods and wine, health and fitness, sports, computers,

politics. Connections stocks a
variety of local and national newspapers and periodicals. The top 20 paperback books are available
as well. Connections business and
leisure customers may choose from an assortment of books. This area offers such reading categories
as fiction, non-fiction, reference, children’s books, self-help, advice and
how-to, cooking art, travel and books relating to Denver and Colorado.

fits the City’s mission to enhance the public’s experience by creating impressive
environments in DIA while promoting the arts and cultures of Colorado. This richly simple store is designed to
highlight an oasis of products:
colorful art glass, imaginative sculpture, dazzling jewelry,
paintings, limited edition prints and creative ceramics. Mosaic features artists from Colorado, the
